1. OLIFANTS RIVER
In the hot-dry climate of the Olfant River, white wines without acid grow on fertile soils.

2.CONSTANTIA (SOUTH OF CAPE TOWN)
Moist-warm climate does not just ease the winegrowing, nevertheless Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and also Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinotage are being succesfully cultivated. Great level of awareness through liqueur wine Constantia.

3. STELLENBOSCH
The most famous cultivation region, many premium wine goods. Presently, still many white wines, the area seems to be also suitable for red wines.

4. PAARL
Second largest cultivation area, climate warmer than in Stellenbosch. Chenin Blanc for white wines dominates. Red wines are being produced from Pinotage or Cabernet Sauvignon.

5. FRANSCHHOEK
Winegrowing and wine tourism form this place. New vine areas are being created in higher sites.

6. ROBERTSON
Very warm and dry, Chardonnay is also being used for sparkling wine production. A great future is predicted for the red wine production in this area.

7. LITTLE KAROO
Little Karoo denotes a narrow landstrip from West to East. Here, for a few years, red and white table wines and natural muscatel wines and brandies come into being.
